Lunch and a Book Week 7

Sometimes we all need a little treat, so we went out for lunch after a book sale at the library recently. This caprese sandwich inspired me to try making this at home. Unfortunately I bought all the ingredients and the kids ate them before I had a chance to make a sandwich. I’ll try again another week!
